Rate the Wrestler - Day 195 - Fred Ottman
Hey, hey. Welcome to RTW.

Yesterday, Psychosis scored a respectable 83. It might be higher, but The One is a cock teasing bitch, so blame him.

Anyway, today we have another one of my favorites from when I was younger (hey, I never said I were SMART!), he had a couple good gimmicks including Tugboat the sailor, Typhoon of the Natural Disasters (IMO, the best big man tag team EVER), the Shockmaster (you know what he was famous for, I hope ) and some gimmick that he had for a week that no one can seem to remember, ladies, gentlemen, FRED OTTMAN.

I give him a 5...for 5 reasons...

1) Shockmaster is one of the greatest clips in pro wrestling's history
2) He was in the Gimmick Battle Royal
3) I used to like Natural Disasters
2) Cause I know his other two gimmicks were Bubba the Belt Collector and US Steel
1) There was no way in hell I could think up 6 reasons.

I give him a 7.

Just for being a dedicated guy like big John Tenta is - and for doing whatever was asked of him - no matter how ridiculous. He's also tremendously polite and genuine; something you unfortunately don't see too often in the wrestling business. Natural Disasters had great chemistry, and were a great tag team who played their roles very well. Both of those guys deserve a lot more respect than what they get - so, a 7.
