Exclamation Rate the Tag Team - Day 6 - Harlem Heat



Word up! Welcome once again to Rate the Tag Team. We are now on Day 6 of this thing and yesterday the Road Warriors took over as spot #1 by scoring a 97. You can't dispute that they were one of the best tag teams of all time.

Today we have a WCW tag team. They started off as The Ebony Experience in the GWF and won the tag titles 3 times. They then came into WCW as Kane and Kole. We all know their names were changed to Booker T and Stevie Ray and went on to become WCW tag champs 10 times. You can't argue them as one of the best tag teams in WCW history. They were managed by Sherri Martel, they are Harlem Heat!

Harlem Heat is definitely one of my favorite tag teams of all time. I grew up watching them in WCW - as Kane & Kole - and then as Stevie & Booker. Both guys were always on the money, and as a team had great psychology. They also each brought an asset to the table - Booker being more fast-paced and high flying, while Stevie was more of a power guy, and could hold his own wrestling wise as well. Absolutely great tag team.

97..how dissapointing for LOD..Everybody should have given them a 10 and they should be 100.

Either way 9.5 for Harlem Heat..

I can't help but to say that Booker T carried Harlem Heat. Stevie Ray wasn't much of a wrestler and he had no charisma.
