Lesnar wants to come back
Brock Lesnar was recently quoted in the "Bismark Tribune" as saying he would like to settle his current lawsuit and return to WWE.
"I'm ready for it now. With the lawsuit and everything going on, I just hope we can resolve this thing, and Vince can open his doors to me and just give me a second chance. I have no idea (where it stands). I guess it stands on the end of your pencil, when it gets out on the internet. That's probably where he'll catch the news. It's either that or me calling him. But I don't know what else I'd be. What else is there for me?" Lesnar continued, "I wasn't ready for what (WWE) put on my plate. I couldn't eat it all. I tried to, you know. That's just me being me. He asked me, `Are you ready for this?' and I just said, `Bring it on. Let's go.' I wasn't ready to be traveling 300 days a year. I wasn't ready for the money. I wasn't ready for the responsibilities. I wasn't ready to be a father. I wasn't ready to be a husband. I wasn't ready for a lot of things. I had a lot of growing up to do. I was forced to grow up." Lesnar offered many other pretty complimentary comments toward McMahon in quotes that didn't get used in the story itself, talking about McMahon giving him his big break, written at BismarkTribune.com |

I think if he wanted to come back, he kinda blew it by suing them(or trying to anyway)!

I'm cool with him coming back. He was good at what he did and was always improving. As long as he isn't thrown straight back into the main event, I'm fine with him returning.

Lesnar is like the penny you find in the street, yeah if you bend al the way down to pick it up you have a penny, but is it really worth the effort?

I would be happy to see him return. The WWE needs as many credible guys as they can get.
Personally, I would like to see him come back to SD!, where he is interrupted by Chris Benoit, who talks down Lesnar saying he walke dout on the posrt Benoit lives for. Have Chris pour his heart out, telling him how Lesnar did in a year what Benoit still hasn't done in a lifetime. Have Benoit say he chose to go to RAW in 2004, after he won the Royal Rumble, because he respected Lesnar enough to let him continue to develop as a wrestler. Brock wasn't even in his prime, and Benoit didn't want to face a rookie, he wanted to face Brock Lesnar in his prime. But then Lesnar betrayed Chris, and walked out. Now he walks back in and thinks there won't be Hell to pay for leaving? Benoit says he will make Lesnar squeal, and make him wish he never returned to the WWE. The two have a PPV match, which Benoit wins with a Crippler Crossface. Benoit wins the match head and shoulders above Lesnar, but Brock put up a great 20-minute fight. As soon as Benoit wins the match, he goes over and shakes Lesnar's hand, and gives him a hug, showing us that Lesnar has re-earned his place in the WWE. Benoit becomes the lead face on SD!, while Lesnar slowly rebuils himself. |

Personally, I'd love to see him come back to SmackDown! and feud with Orton.
Because Orton took his place as the youngest champion. meh |

LOL, yeah, even though I wasn't as huge on Lesnar... I wouldn't mind seeing him on SmacKDown, provided they don't shoot him to the moon like they did before. Just don't put him on Raw...

There are lots of ways to go with him.
Batista-Lesnar is a natural match up physically. Orton-Lesnar could work Lesnar would make a great upgrade for a guy like Carlito or Christian as a bodygurad. Lesnar-Cena would also work playing off their history. It'll be interesting to see how they handle him when he comes back. Will they try to make a lot of money, or try to prove a point. |

I wouldn't put Lesnar on RAW. That'd just be overkill, IMO. They've already got Batista and Cena as top faces, let Lesnar sort of balance things out on SmackDown!.
Lesnar vs. Batista is something they can do in the near-future, but I think they could build them up on seperate brands. People will automatically associate the two with each other, seeing as they would be in similiar positions, have similiar body-builds, etc. |

For those of us who haven't kept in touch with the wrestling world for quite some time (i.e., me), could someone be so kind as to explain what happened with Brock Lesnar and Vince McMahon?

Anyways, the best possible outcome of this would be for Lesnar to return to Smackdown. It's where he made his biggest impact, thet desperately need the star power, and if Batista gets drafted to SD then you get the 'dream match' that you could spend months building aroundo, which Smackdown needs since threy just lost their two biggest draws.
Also, since SD has the reputation of having the better locker room, him being an ass probably won't matter as much. |

Now, Vince doesn't like being shat on especially by his own prodiges. So he wasn't very happy with Brock especially when he contested the no compete clause in the release he signed. Even though Brock agreed to the clause and signed, he showed up at a few events in Japan (i'm not really up to scratch with my Japanese wrestling knowledge, so i won't pretend to know when and where this was). Naturally, this led to legal battles and ranglings, with Brock suing the WWE for taking away his livelihood (only because he failed miserably to make a living in the NFL and was too arrogant to try the CFL and European league) and Vince suing Brock back. In other words, Brock spat his dummy out and now Vince has him by the balls. |

Brock is a main eventer. After the way he was built, do you fucking think he's going to be working with Orlando Jordan? Give me a fucking break.
Brock can be a main event draw, why waste it feuding with Mid Carders, when he's in his mid 20s and still has years of drawing left in his tank. Some of you guys are such internet marks, it's pathetic. |

Hey, Brock in the main event is okay with me. But it wouldn't sit well with the locker room if he walked back into the same position he was when he left. You gotta pay your dues, and he sure as hell didn't pay them first time round, so he'll have to if he came back. Vince's opinions might be a bit more difficult to predict. He must feel let down by Brock and perhaps even some anamosity towards him, but we all know Vince would do just about anything to be successful. I'm sure taking an ego hit in order to revive Smackdown by brining by Lesnar would not be too much to ask. |

No, you don't have to pay your dues. Not if you can draw. I know a lot of you guys get hung up on the respect thing, but the WWE is a business and if someone can make Vince money, then why should he have to be put in a position where he can't, just so he can "pay his dues?" Makes no sense from a WWE perspective.
Yea, if this was some indy fed which has no TV deal and isn't a multi-million dollar company, then it may fly, but not in the WWE. I agree with Newstead. |
