Edge/Lita
For those wondering, Edge (Adam Copeland) and Lita (Amy Dumas) are no longer a couple behind the scenes and are simply playing the role on camera as provided by WWE. It should be noted that Edge is attempting to reconcile with his wife after marrying last fall. In addition, Lita and Matt Hardy have been on speaking terms on a semi-regular basis, although there is no word on if they would ever get back together again. Many feel that if they were to reconcile then it would influence Hardy re-signing with WWE rather than going with TNA and working other independent promotions.

wouldnt it be pretty funny if people found out that McMahon told Lita to try to get back together with Matt to influence his choice in where to go.

I think he should come back...Vince knows that an Edge Vs Matt feud right now can really pay off so why not do it. I guess Matt becomes the major player in this because with out him there is no story. I just hope McMahon doesnt use him for this and then lets him go once again.

Oh well, now that this has all ended, they can probably just forget about this, get a move-on, re-sign Matt and start the Edge-Hardy feud (storyline-wise).

I know Hardy is a good wrestler and all, but seriously, let's be honest here - a Matt/Edge feud, while good for business, would only be a short term thing as far as Hardy's push would go. In fact, I doubt he would even get put over in the feud - it would simply be used to push Edge as a new main event heel on RAW.

Hardy isn't main event caliber (I don't think Edge is either, but that's a different topic, and the WWE seems to think he is). He doesn't have the "it" factor to make it to the top.

I think Hardy should join TNA to help their roster - and make some good money on the independent circuit. Vince and company are just going to use him and abuse him like a second rate, seedy Chicago hotel prostitute.
