TPWW's VH-1 "I Love The Wrestling 90's"

The 90's were awesome. Post some of your favorite Wrestling moments from the 1990's.

I'm going to go with Stone Cold Steve Austin's first Raw appearance after Wrestlemania 13. It was his first official match as a face and he defeated Rockabilly.

You just KNEW he arrived.

I love the 80s would've been a better topic.

Anyway, prolly The Rock.

He's not a moment, just the man.

Cruiserweight 3:16 does not have that much rep yet (10+)
Flair winning Royal Rumble 1992 was an awesome moment. I was a huge wrestling mark as a kid and for a heel to be triumphant was really surprising considering he was left with Sid and Hogan in the final three. Plus his performance was pure brilliance.

For me, the moment that sticks out for me in the 1990s is one of those "Wrestlecrap" moments that nonetheless made a big impact.

My most vivid memory is of watching Royal Rumble 1994 when Undertaker fought Yokozuna in a casket match. I remember the entire heel locker room emptying to force Undertaker into the casket, then his "resurrection" on the ramp. Looking back, it's cheesy as hell, but to my scaredy-cat sixth-grader self, it was horror at its finest. I'll never forget that "I...will not rest. In. Peace" speech.

Bret/Perfect Summerslam 1991. That match sticks in my mind and the end sequence plays in my mind OFTEN. Actually, the SS91 PPV as a whole...

I agree

Anyway, I'd say either Summerslam 1992 or late 1997/early 98 because those were the times here when wrestling was super cool and you didn't have to hide the fact you were a fan.

Way too many memories to name anyway

Everything that happened between 1995-1998. My favorite years in wrestling.
