The only reason I enjoyed Foley's book was that they were written by Foley himself. The way it was written and the content reflected Foley's personality well, and I could imagine those words coming out of Foley's mouth.

However, Flair's book was not nearly as good. The content is excellent, but it's because it was written with the aid of a ghost writer that I just couldn't take it seriously. I couldn't imagine that I was reading the words of Ric Flair, and not just what Flair had dictated and some guy, with a creative license no less, had processed.

So, my point is that if HBK decides to write the book himself, then I'll be the first in the queue, but otherwise, no.

Yeah I know it dates back a bit but 'The Rock Says' was quite good it took you all through his life

It was written by him?

No it wasn't. That was the worst of all the books I've read.

The guy was like 25 when he wrote it, so not only did he have absolutely no right to make an autobiography yet, but he also came across like an arrogant, self indulgent fuck-wit.

So, yes, I hope I ghost writter did help him because otherwise, I'm right off the Rock

Aye, The Rock was a big headed tit in his book. He couldn't just say that he lost his virginity at 14 and leave it at that, he went into detail and whatnot.

Yeah I agree he was definatley to young to have written one at that age but it was the first Biography I'd read, so..... Still he did give quite alot of detail in his school days though.

When I look back on it now the bad outweighs the good so much.

And the sudden emergence of third person perspectives in the latter pages didn't help either. I know that's his gimmick and all but it doesn't make for a very smooth read at all.

Makes you wonder which bits the Rock wrote, and which bits the ghost writer contributed to

"Now The Rock is pissed Because Stone Cold tried rolling him up with a school boy pin now this pisses The Rock off because...."

Man he is such a bore when he speaks like that

The Rock does romantic poetry:

"My love for you is as big as Mt Everest which is 29,035 feet tall, its lattitude is 27º59’16" N...."
