Criss Angel's Mindfreak on A&E
Anyone see this yet?

This guy is REALLY great at what he does, and from what I've seen, is one of the better / best illusionists out there. I don't really consider him a magician by the standards of what people are used to. He does some amazing feats, and mixes a great amount of sideshow with it [the nail bed, the regurgitation of the pins mixed with an illusion] - great, great stuff.

Anyhow, has anyone caught this show - and if so, what do you think?

One of the episodes, out of four that have aired so far, is on OnDemand A&E currently - as are some previews of other forthcoming episodes. AWESOME.

I am very surprised that I liked the show...

What funny is I would of never heard of it if it wasnt for that guy on "The Soup" making fun of it one day. Right after he made fun of the show I actually looked it up and it was on like in five minutes. So I watched it.

Its pretty good and I wouldnt mind seeing him live. From what Ive read online about him hes routine that he does at live shows is a whole lot darker....

I think he's better than David Blaine, but so far I find myself liking Blaine's performances better.

Yeah I saw last weeks shows, They were pretty awesome with the Wine Barrel Escape and having a Hummer drive on him on a bed of nails, pretty intense...
