At last, Brock Lesnar advances on the New Japan ring! Chono today formally announced that former WWE Heavyweight Champion, Lesnar, will have his return match on 10/8 at the Tokyo Dome! Chono said Lesnar has chosen New Japan as his returning point in pro wrestling, and New Japan would like to express their gratitude to him. Although his match isn't decided yet, Lesnar is very interested in the IWGP Heavyweight Title, but Chono may stand in his way, saying that as G1 champion and being in some of the best form of his career, he doesn't believe Lesnar is as qualified as he is. Chono again insisted he wanted the title on 10/8, which could lead to complications on who will challenge... unless that is, Fujita can't make the show due to his injury, in which case something else might happen.
