Going to a NHRA event Saturday.

Right so my dad works for US Smokeless Tobacco and his company has a tent set up there, so he got some free tickets. This will be the first event of the kind I'll be attending, so if anyone has been to such event, what can I expect? Common sense tells me to bring ear plugs, duh.

Yeah so I just got back, and MAN are those fuckers loud. We had a pretty good time, and I wouldn't think so many hot chicks are into this. They had a simulation drag game, and I won both times I raced, but crashed into the wall both times because they forgot to mention how to pull your chute.

At the Truck/Trailer that my dad was working in (Skoal), their ordeal was a 3 stage process. You go into the first room and watch a 3-4 minute video of the history of the Skoal/Miller Lite racing team, then the 2nd room was where a Skoal Girl would ask some questions about it and if you answered one of them and got it right you got a scratch card, then the 3rd room was where you claim the prize you won on the scratch card (t-shirts, Skoal, whatnot) and where the Simulator was. All rooms were accompanied with Skoal Girls.

This was also the first time I've heard my father say "tits". "Hey G, there is nothing like having that Skoal Girl with tits out to here teach you about the drag simulator!" I think he has also been drinking while on the job.

Good times.
