does anyone know anything about cuban boxing?
just my muay thai school offers a class in it at weekend, and i have no idea what the distinction is between cuban boxing and regular boxing. I've tried looking on google but I don't know if i'm looking at the right thing.

dazz is right. which is why they have a tendancy to sweep up at the olympics too
