I'm missing something.

Wow. Let me try to wrap my brain around this: The Mexicools are getting air-time, cruiserwieght gold, and an apparant face-turn. And the bWo was here for one week. I really don't get it. I mean, there are so many points to make; Bucci did a helluva job maintaining two characters, Meanie was great on the mic the one night he was there, Stevie is allegedly loved by all backstage...and, um...the Mexicools need an ambassador. Seriously, it's like I need a decoder ring to understand them. Hell, I'm glad Simon Dean is getting air-time, tho he's out with the hand for a while. But why treat the bWo like nothing? ANd why treat Stevie like he doesn't exist -- they made him job to Holly on Velocity -- for a MONTH!

...I'm just bitching now. But why, Vince? Why?

The bWo weren't over anyway, the crowd died when they came out and did the lame parody of the Cabinet, and I like the bWo. If they had taken off or been over to any degree I'd agree that they should keep them on, but it wasn't going anywhere anyway. The Mexicools are getting a good reaction, are starting to get pretty over, which is shocking given the lack of air-time and character direction (see: the mystery switch to the babyface camp), and are a far more exciting group to watch, as they all seem genuinely happy to be there. Sorry man, but Mexicools > bWo

Unfortunately, in this case, I agree. Smarks love bWo, but they weren't getting much of a reaction. Mexicools were turning into Eddie Guerrero: the heel(s) you love to hate, and thus actually getting pops. I know Psicosis has been mad over lately, and you can't help but laugh at Juvie.

Poor Richards and Nova tho.

I understand that. But I guess my problem is, guys like Carlito and Masters, who don't have any form of entertainment value and are seriously boring, get pushed and pushed and handed everything. But the characters that should be givien time to develop and build get the shaft every damn time. It's just frustrating.

The Mexicools might yet be replaced by the "Juniors" soon, anyway.

I disagree with those who say the bWo didn't catch on. They were barely given a chance to catch on. The night Stevie gave JBL a stiff chair shot they were over like crazy, I think. Then nothing. If the WWE had Stevie, Nova and Meanie actually feud with The Cabinet, and then the (at the time) WWE Tag Team Champions MNM, things could have been a lot different.

There's also the fact that the WWE probably wrote a lot of the bWo's material in the WWE.

It's a shame Mike Bucci can't catch a real breakin the WWE. The guy show such brilliance in the ring and on the mic that it makes me think he could potential jbe a main event guy (with the right Shawn Michaels-esque push). I hope they give Bucci a real chance in the near future.
