What's my best match: The Ultimate Warrior

Right i tried to start this a while ago, but it sort of fell through, basically vote on what you think a wrestlers best match is, I started with Warrior because....well there arn't that many really and chances are Mania 6 will get picked, this is where you guys come in. The poll will be open for 24 hours, within that time vote for the Warrior match you like the most and also nominate tomorrows wrestler best match:

Bret Hart

Only one nomination please!

PYRO-MANIAC does not have that much rep yet (10+)
Well Wrestlemania 6 for me although ive seen some crazy matches with Warrior Vs The Undertaker, these weren't shown on tv but i remember one where the Warrior won and he piledrived Taker like 6 times!

I suppose though i will have to go for Wrestlemania 6, just because this match will be remembered 10,20,30 years down the line. How many wrestlers can say that?

Classic stuff and at the time i was around 12 or so and Warrior was my favourite at the time. I was very much anti-Hogan and my friend was a Hogan mark, unbelievable finish and its a shame the passing of the torch didn't last more than a few months. At the time the match was a classic, having seen it recently it wasn't the best 'wrestling match' but it was still pretty good and it still has the feeling of being monumental to me.

Wrestlemania 7: The Career Match with Randy Savage... although WM6 against Hogan is a very close second...

I vote The Undertaker for next time

Agreed. (with PYRO)

I liked the WM7 match v. Savage too, but not as much as WM6.

The career match with Savage - Having watched both matches (WM 6), I felt that his match with Savage was a lot better.

WM7 is easily the better match than WM6. However, WM6 is Warrior's career highlight.

Rick Rude, as said in the Warrior DVD, always worked Warrior to good or atleast watchable matches, so almost picked one of the Rude/Warrior Matches, but I would say that Hogan/Warrior at WM 6 as his best... but just to throw in the rematch in WCW at Halloween Havoc, may be the one of the worst matches of all times, so I guess this proves lightning doesnt always strike twice.

WrestleMania 6...only because someone FINALLY took the title off Hogan cleanly. I couldn't care less abotu Warrior or his work, I just like that he took the spotlight off Hogan for a bit. Made WWF watchable back then for a while.

Oh and I would throw in a nod for The Rock next...I am interested to see how many people bought into the X-8 hype.

Warrior's best match...the 4 that stand out would be

- Warrior Vs. Hogan at WrestleMania 6
- Warrior Vs. Savage at WrestleMania 7
- Warrior Vs. Savage at Summerslam 92
- Warrior Vs. Rude in a cage at Summerslam 90

Hmmm...I'll go with the Retirement match from Mania 7.

Out of curiosity to The One, what would you say is Rock's best match? Off the top of my head, I'd personally go with Rock Vs. Austin from Mania 17 - awesome crowd heat, well worked, electric near falls...

I liked the WM 7 match with Savage but i am gonna say The Summerslam 89 match vs Rick Rude. Hogan vs Warrior had to be one of the most anticipated matches of all time. On the Rock question I liked his match with Angle at NWO 01 the best.
