Exclamation Rate the Tag Team - Day 33 - The Collosal Connection


Welcome peeps to Rate the Tag Team!!! This is Day 33 and we are ROLLIN'. Last time we rated the Boogie Knights, a tag team that made me laugh. They scored a 47 and that puts them in the bottom 5. I don't think they deserve that but ah well. I think this team might do a bit better ...

They one of the biggest men to ever step into a ring, a legend. The also had a man from Tonga who had a lot of staying power in wrestling. They took the tag titles from Demolition with the help of their manager Bobby "the Brain" Heenan. This team later lost the titles back to Demolition at Wrestlemania 6 and that is where the broke up. They are Haku and Andre the Giant, The Collosal Connection!

These dudes were COLLOSAL! I mean HUGE! They walked by my house one time and I was like "Hot damn, you motha fackos are big" and I threw a can of beans at Andre and he caught it and the whole thing just exploded. The Connection were a pretty cool team. Size and power and worked great in the awesome tag division of the late 80's. I always loved thier name and it's funny, I always thought Haku was really short when I saw them team growing up. But it was just Andre towering over him. Being part of the Heenan Family gets them points too.

I agree, these ratings should be as objectional as possible. Not to take anything away from Eddie, but we should wait and let everyone's emotions settle before rating any of his teams.

I would suggest the Thrillseekers or Edge/Christian.
