Check This Out: Cruiserweights WM 20

WWE is planning to have a ten man cruiserweight Battle Royal at WrestleMania XX. The plan is to have the Battle Royal be a pin-fall one and not over the top, so that the cruiserweights aren't confined.

The participants would include Rey Mysterio, Tajiri, Chavo Guerrero, Nunzio, Kidman, Akio, Jamie Noble, and three others.

One rumor has Dean Malenko coming out of retirement for one night only to participate in the match. Of course, that is just a rumor at this point.

OMG a non over the top battle Royal. That's going to rule all.

That sounds good, hopefully they will use the cruiserweight division this year. The whole thing about Dean Malenko would be so ill.Plus I read that they might bring back Jeff Hardy for the SD! roster. So will see more in time.Sounds good.

I've read that Ultimo Dragon's dream was to be involved in Wrestlemania. Looks like this could be his only chance if they put him in too.

That would be flat out awesome, IF they devoted AT LEAST 20 minutes to it. I don't want it to end up like the SD Survivor Series match, where half the participants are gone in 2 minutes. There should be at least five minutes before the first pinfall. Oh, and no "falls count anywhere" bs.

At first, I was kinda pissed that they were just lumping all the cruisers together, but now I'm pretty sure this is the way to go. Kinda like the Hardcore Invitationals from past 'Manias.

A cheap and easy way to say they're using all the Cruiserweights...
but this beats NOT using them!

Dean Melenko would slow the whole battle royal if he was in there. Now if Dean came out of retirment and wrestled Kurt Angle that'd be sweet. The Man of 1001 Holds vs. Our Olympic Hero, think of the reversals.

Yeah, its kinda lame in one sense to put them all in one big CF match. But, if the match is given time to build, it could be a standout match on the show.

Of course part of the problem is that half of the guys in the match have had very little TV time, so unless they get some type of mega push over the next 7 weeks a lot of the guys will come off as flat charcaters. Maybe at NWO they should book something like 3 CW matches to give them a little exposure before Mania, and set up some issues going into the match.

I asusme Dragon would be part of this match, which would be cool, it would awesome if he won, but I think we all know that aint happenin'.

Dean-o coming out of retirement would be interesting, not sure how many fans remember him from WCW, but it would be a nice thing to see him one more time.

Add Ultimo Dragon, Shannon Moore, and Dean Malenko to the seven CWs listed at the top, and you've got the hallmarks of a ***** match, baby! (If not Malenko, then either Funaki or Paul London)

if it were up to me I would move the Hurricane to Smackdown! and add him to this Battle Royale at WMXX, it's the only chance he'll be on the show anyways
