(Another) possible Jake/WWE lawsuit?

Early morning update says that jakes family, more or less his father especially, are not happy with the comments that jake made. it says that wwe is yet to recive a lawsuit but it seems very likely. Would jakes family be sueing (if they do) for Slander,Libel or defimation of charcter? Last i checked if you were an abusive pedophile father, you went to jail, and if you didnt, you sure as hell kept your mouth shut. I dont recall jake ever slamming any of his family memebers and ive watched the DVD at least 12 times by now, he just stated the truth. Guess the truth does hurt more then you think sometimes. Do you think they have ground to sue?
