Predict the 2006 WWE Hall of Fame

Well, if there is another topic on this, close this one, and bring it up.

It is getting pretty close to Wrestlemania, and for the last 2 years Wrestlemania means Hall of Fame. Who do you guys think will be going into the Hall of Fame this year?

My predictions are as follows:

Mr. Fuji (2004: Booby Heenan, 2005: Jimmy Hart, so I can see this guy next)
Ted Dibiase
Dusty Rhodes
Ricky Steamboat
Jake Roberts
The Von Erich's (due to WWE earning the rights to World Class, I'm sure they'll end up in there)
Arn Anderson
Mr. Perfect
Bret Hart/Owen Hart (If they can get Bret to do some TV appearences, he'll for sure go in, and he'll probably induct Owen as well)

I can also see them inducting Eddie this year for some reason, even though I'm against it.

They might also induct a celebrity this year, to give Pete Rose some company. I'm thinking Bob Uecker, Mr. T, or Lawrence Taylor.

And, since Wrestlemania is in Chicago, these guys are shoe-ins...The Road Warriors.

Thoughts?

Dusty Rhodes

Road Warrior Hawk
Ricky Steamboat
Eddie Guerrero

Those are the only five out of your list that I think are going to get inducted.

And perhaps they'll induct Jim Ross as well.

Owen Hart...

Maybe this can can be a thread on its own, but here's how I see the idea of Owen Hart going into the hall of fame.

When Owen passed away he was my favorite wrestler. At this point in time for the most part I cheered who everyone else cheered for. So for me to go cheer a heel was a lot. Something inside told me he was a good person. He was great in the ring, and behind the mic...
His death was tragic. A total accident, a fluke, and proff that there is no God because someone like him shouldn't have been taken away so soon. He had nothing but a life time of potential sucess ahead of him. He very easily could have been world champion by now.
Fate is a funny thing, really. Not funny "ha ha", but funny "what the hell is this shit". Owen Hart left this earth early, and we'll never know if he could have risen to the top.
As much as I love his memory I'm going to say no, he shouldn't go in the hall of fame.

And as much as I don't like Bret Hart, I'll say he should go. Maybe not this year, but before 2010.

The road warrios will get in.

Ted Dibaise, Steamboat and Jake Roberts are all good shots to get in as well.

Eddie is an intresting one. I think they will hold back on another year.

I think the Von-Erichs will get in because they the wwe are releasing a DVD on them this year and this might add recoginition to the family for the casaul wwe fan

I'd probably hold off on Bret until 2007 or 2008, and let a not as big of starpower list go in this year. That way, the fans won't expect WWE to induct GOD Next Year.

Ted will probably get in becuse I believe he is working for them now.

Does anybody really care about this Hall of Fame? They're basically inducting everybody who's ever worked for them.

I'd say thats a pretty good list. Although I think they may hold off Steamboat until either Savage or Flair goes in.

Only problem is that there isn't a real top guy on that list. You could say Dusty or the Road Warriors are, btu for WWE fans I dont thinkt hey are. Bret is a possibility I would think what with the DVD coming out this past year.

Maybe Eddie goes in this year?
