Data error (cyclic redundancy check)

So I downloaded this porn, right. and I'm trying to copy it onto my laptop via a CD. When it copies, it gets halfway done then that cyclic redundancy check thing comes up.

What do troy do now?

A CRC check is used by various parts of the protocol stack to check for errors. Compressed video files use this as well. There is nothing you can really do except make better choices in the porn you download. This was just a badly encoded video file or a corrupted download.

Means the CD is scratched I think or not burned properly.

When I get that with DVDs, it means the DVD is scratched.

Yeah, it was a fault with the CD. Reburned it onto a different CD and it worked sexily

I didn't want to start a new thread so I will ask it here.

Lately when trying to copy some DVD's and burn them, it will burn like half of the disc and then just stop at that certain part. I re-installed DVD Shrink and whatnot but it doesn't seem to help at all.

What do I do
