Random Raw thoughts from last week (Which probably includes spoilers, deal)

I meant to make some comments about Raw while they were fresh in my head, and ended up forgetting. Funny that.

Still, felt like commenting anyway.

I still don't much like Masters, but his role with Carlito is pretty decent. Especially with the whole "*whack!* Now...We're cool" deal. He's lackluster on the mic and in the ring, but he's been pretty entertaining with CCC.

Triple H and Chavo put on a damn fine match. I don't think HHH has been that enjoyable in a while. The only thing that was missing was a "Beat him like a sack of pupies!" Ref.

I thought putting the belt back on Cena was admitting that they'd made a mistake, and he was the lesser of two evils. I'd hoped that they would then kind of move on (Not drop Edge wanting his rematch or anything, but pushing someone else to take over, saying "You've had your chance."). Little did I know they'd do something that'll clearly continue the storyline. Why? Are the yafraid that Cena will lose his newfound appreciation if he's not up against Vanilla Angst?

I realised that I don't care about the stupid gimmick, Shelton's winning matches and he's entertaining while doing so. Plus, I think a feud with the NAture Boy might help get him back on track. Never thought I'd be looking forward to a program with Flair.

Goldust...'Nuff said.

“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”
