Dave Chappelle's Block Party is pretty good.
Like the whole movie is just him fucking around and inviting random people for a huge concert in Bedstuy. Would have loved to be at a show like that in person. No shitty ass hype men ruining all the songs, nobody getting into fights and shit.

It's not a stand up thing, if that's what you want to know.
It's just him walking around town in Dayton, Ohio and in NYC talking to people and cracking jokes at the beginning. He also makes jokes during the concert and during rehearsal for it. It's not as funny as his stand up or Chappelle's show, but it's pretty good, regardless. |

I just saw it earlier and I enjoyed it.
I have a question about the acts though. Do they have those funky beats in their songs or is it a live thing? The drumming/congos/brass was badass. |
