Greatest runchase ever. (Cricket related)
Normally I don't like giving credibility to opposition, but hats off to South Africa. They made Bevan's 4 off the last ball look as exciting as a game of soccer.
Australia became the first team to score 400 runs in an ODI & then SA chased it down with a ball left. Not to mention that it was the last game of a 5 game series with the scores tied 2-2, so it was practically like a final. I bet Moonax will come back and reply in this thread saying that Australia are shit, because he only ever shows up when Australia lose and then runs away & hides under a sack of shit until the next time that they lose.

I missed South Africa's inning because you know, bed. But it was a screamer of a pitch, lightning quick outfield, short boundaries and thin mountain air, there were always gonna be a shitload of runs scored.
But Lewis went for 113? Kallis went for 70 off 6 overs? That's terrible ![]() I remember Brett Lee copping shit up here because he once went for 84 off his ten ![]() |

How the fuck did Ponting give Lewis 10 overs and Lee 8, that's what I wanna know. All the bowlers went for 8 an over, and with a total over 400 it's not a surprise that somebody broke the tonne.
That ground has a history of terribly high scores on it, I think the West Indies scored about 398 vs Kenya in the WC, and in the final we scored about 360 or so against the dirty Indians. The pitch is gererally made of concrete & the field is no bigger than an indoor cricket pitch. |

Whatever happened to that psycho Andre Nel bloke? He was the biggest retard to ever play the game, and he looks like that nerd that screws the fat black chick on Road Trip.

In a game where the series was already over, so it didn't even matter.
