Sandman/Enter Sandman
I just rented Heatwave 1998 and am just skipping around and noticed that The Sandman, Dreamer, and Spike came out to Motorhead's version of Enter Sandman. Did they use this at the events or only for DVD releases?

I believe that ECW used Motorhead's version of Enter Sandman, as it was cheaper to get it licesened than the original version.

Didn't they have trouble getting the original because getting the copyrights etc? I thought they used it for a while then had to change it....

What happened is that due to copyright issues, ECW couldn't put Metallica's version on a dvd. Prior to the DVD's coming out though, ECW came out with Extreme music Vol 1. That had Motorhead's version on it. I'm guessing it was liscensed, and they just swapped them for the dvd.
