It's a reverse swinging neckbreaker.

The best way to describe it is to imagine Christopher Daniel's Last Rites/Test Drive/Roll the Dice, but swinging the other way. So instead of swinging his body into the guy, he swings it away.

Seriously. That's got to be one of the best signature moves in awhile. That, the side effect, and any set of three moves in succession (german, suplex, northern lights, etc.) along with Shelton's modified backbreaker and suplex reversal. I love them all...
