Some new fighters, the ability to buy and add some things to your characters (outfit stuff, coloration, etc.) There's the Devil WIthin mode, which is a nice little add on. Like the old Tekken FOrce side game, but more intricate. I'm probably not doing the game justice, but it's good. Why not rent it first and check it out? The fighting system is nice and smooth too.

Tekken 3 blew Tekken 2 away, IMO. Tekken 4, should have been great, but the whole crappy arena design put a stop to that (also, they pissed a lot of people off by changing Jin's moves).

Tekken 5 takes the best elements of Tekken 3 and 4 and adds a little flash. They fucked up with devil within mode tho ( I liked the side scrolling Tekken Force mode from T3 better, even if it was all jittery), but it's not horrible.

I really liked it. It was much faster than Tekken 4 I thought.

I haven't played Tekken 4, but 5 is far better than 3 or Tag
