The WrestleMania 22 Ring
I don't know why, but I am really hoping they do something special with the ring come this year's WrestleMania. I would have the logo in the middle of the ring, and I'd have different ropes from the norm.

Am I the only one who thinks grey ropes would really fit with this year's WrestleMania? Have the turnbuckles be black, but have the logo on each turnnbuckle level be different. For instance, in the tag corner closest to the titantron, have the top turnbuckle have the "SmackDown!" logo on it, the second turnbuckle have the "RAW" logo on it, and the bottom turnbuckle have the "WWE" logo on it.

The opposite turnbuckles are the same, with RAW on top and SmackDown! on the second buckle. The other corners have WWE on top, and RAW & SmackDown! below it, with RAW being the second on one, and bottom on the other (likewise with SmackDown!).

It might look strange for a bit, but I think it would really fit in with the way WrestleMania's turned out.

Something else I've always wanted to see is a referee shirt brought in for a specific PPV. Give them a black shirt with maybe three red stripes down the left side of the shirt, and three blue stripes down the right side.

Partially. But it would also be different. Black ropes would basically make it look like any other event the WWE has put on for the last months (boring). They need to do something that makes people realise this is WrestleMania, and it won't be happening again for another year.

I'm not really bothered about the ring, I just enjoy the cool sets they have for Mania. For the past couple of years the set has been significant to the city they were in. I wonder what they'll do for Chicago.

I loved the white ropes. Shouldn't be back for WrestleMania, though.

Call me crazy, but I think if they gave the show a different image, people would accept it as a big event easier.

Gold ropes? It would probably look crap with the rest of the set, but definately better than keeping the ring the same.

They could used a coloured canvas. Black canvas with white ropes? That would be sweet.

The stage will probably be buildings and right in the middle will be a huge one (Like the Sears Tower) and it'll have the Titontron right at the top. But I guess that might be a bit toom much like WrestleMania XX's stage.

I know that was intended as a joke, but that is EXACTLY what I think they should do more of.

Change colour themes around. One of my favourite events is Survivor Series 2002, simply because the set-up was kind of different.

Exactly what I thought they'd do, but with the WrestleMania 22 logo right at the top, with the titantron slightly below it.

For some reason, I would mark out if they had an entrance resembling an elevator door, which plays the wrestlers' video on it, and opens for them to make their entrance.

I would have used SNME's stage as Mania's, just a bit modified. It looked REALLY cool to be honest.
