The difference is that sometimes Wondershowzen can be pretty funny and borderline insightful.

Milonakis is just a near-middle-aged fat guy pretending to be a stupid kid. It was moderately funny when Jimmy Kimmel "discovered" him, but that was the last time I even remotely laughed at the guy. It just reeks of trying to hard. Like watching one of the sitcoms on my campus TV station. It's a guy with a camcorder and Final Cut saying "What kind of weird shit can I do today?"
