When was this? I always thought that it was ECW and WCW that had the rivalry. What was going on between Paul Heyman and Vince McMahon then? Did WWF try copying ECW's matches and Paul E. was made that ECW wasn't getting credit for creating those matches?

What is the backstory here?

I've seen a more recent picture of her looking even worse than that.
