DX v.s Vince and Shane McMahon at Vengance.... Vince is gonna start fucking HHH over just like HBK, then boom DX is back... what do you think?

I think this is the 8549176320th thread either involving DX, ECW, or May 19 to be posted in the last 48 hours.

But, seriously, I still think the DX thing is a swerve. Maybe they will set up that tag match at Vengeance, but HHH turns on HBK and we get another four years of Conan The Champion.

The DX and the May 19th threads aren't worth it, but I think one of the mods should make an official ECW thread and sticky it so we don't have everything spread out over a bajillion threads.

I really don't want them to do DX. I'm much rather see Triple H and Shawn Michaels feud, again. It just seems so predictable, and they are taking their time with it. It doesn't make sense that they just get back together, so they have to make it slow. Slow and predictable is only good when the pay-off is something epic. DX 4.0, or whatever it is, is not what I would call "epic".

Next week, have Triple H & Shawn Michaels face Kenny & Johnny for the World Tag Team Championship. Have Vince reveal he didn't specify which title Triple H would challenge for. Shawn Michaels is isolated, goes to tag Triple H, but The Game doesn't accept. Kenny, Johnny & Triple H then beat-down HBK, allowing Kenny to pin HBK again. John Cena vs. Triple H for the WWE Championship at Vengeance in a Hell in a Cell Match as well as Shawn Michaels vs. Kenny. HBK goes over, Triple H goes over. Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels for the WWE Championship in RAW's main event at Summerslam. SmackDown! gives us Booker T vs. Batista for the World Heavyweight Championship.

We've seen HHH vs. HBK so many times since 2002, it's as played out as Cena in a handicap match. Them uniting, albeit in an old stable, is somewhat fresh, makes HHH face again, and brings up the opportunity to elevate some new talent by putting them with DX.

I'm sick to death of it, too, but I doubt a new DX will set the world on fire. I might be proven wrong, but it just seems to be taking so long, and I am sick of RAW dropping a subtle hint each week. Just have them team-up and beat-down Vince already.

I have a feeling that Triple H and Shawn Michaels will be the only two people in DX. It sucks, but I think that's the way it will go. I expect a World Tag Team Title reign for them, Triple H to win the WWE Championship, the WWE to break them up for a WrestleMania match. Triple H wins the match at Mania 23, and every goes home "happy" for another wrestling year.

Maybe I'm being too negative about the whole thing, but I have a feeling it will just be crotch chops and face Triple H and Shawn Michaels for a few months. Nothing special. A feud with The Spirit Squad might get a few members of that stable over, but once again, I doubt this is being done to create new stars.

I really think Matt Striker would benefit in a run with DX. I think the Women's Division would benefit from having a lady in there. Either Victoria or Trish Stratus. If Akio remains on the RAW brand, I would love to see him join. The guy apparently has a lot of personality, and I can just see him fitting in well. I'm being serious.
