Undertaker has had black hair for the majority of his career. To use him as an example just because he had red hair for maybe 6 months of his 15+ year career is just stupid.

Truly, there haven't been any highly successful wrestlers with regular red hair (forget Bob Backlund). Lash Leroux is probably the best example.

Uh, why would you forget Backlund? That's like naming the best WWF champions of all time and "forgetting" Bret Hart.

And since Taker is naturally red haired, it still stands that he IS a successful wrestler with red hair, dyed another color or not.
