He's now a ref for a promotion called BDW (Black Diamond Wrestling www.blackdiamondwrestling.com), a local promotion that performs at the local rec center here and in Brilliant, Ohio (basically, an indy promotion).

Why is this significant? Well, he has now a chance to be noticed, because to the best of my knowledge, BDW has some ties to NWA, the people that basically have TNA under their umbrella. And recently he was telling me about him possibly landing a job reffing a promotion in a more upscale promotion of theirs in Pittsburgh.

Just thought I'd let you know...and to find out, does anyone here know about NWA/TNA having any ties to training promotions around there?
