BACKLASH will be held in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Gee, Who is from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada..... CHRIS BENOIT! You all probably know is where I'm going with this. Benoit wins at XX, defends newly won World Heavyweight Championship in his hometown. Gee, what a coincide.

Note: WWE.com reports Backlash will be held in Edmonton.

Who didn't see this coming?

Question:
Will Benoit lose at XX and win the title in a rematch at Backlash or will benoit win at XX?

Pretty sure Benoit wins the title at Mania by beating HBK, then HHH gets a title shot against Benoit at Backlash.

It would be an interesting idea to go with HBK-Benoit at Backlash though.

You have to know HBK would be one of the most over heels of all time in Edmonton.

On a side note, I wonder if Bret would be willing to be a part of show that is headlined by HHH or HBK? Probably not.

I'm thinking of a HHH retain at mania now by pinning HBK, Benoit claims he didn't lose the match and gets another shot in his hometown.
