Justin Credible/ECW

Quote:
Despite his squash loss to Kurt Angle on Tuesday's ECW, Justin Credible still has a solid future with the brand, reports the PWTorch.com newsletter(for subscription details, visit PWTorch.com).

Credible will be part of a big new faction that will launch shortly, and his loss to Angle was merely a way to give Angle credibility for his new "shoot-style" gimmick.

Thanks to his past relationship with Triple H and Shawn Michaels and the fact that he's cleaned up his lifestyle, Credible is in very good graces politically with WWE management. Credible was also one of the people picked to be the new face of ECW by Heyman before the company closed down in 2001.

It would have worked better if Credible had a stronger showing. I mean, he was owned like a black man in colonial Virginia.

joe shadow does not have that much rep yet (10+)
When Justin Credible was in WWE,he didn't do much so it'll be interesting to
see how ECW will put him in this role.

I hope ECW guys are pushed along with WWE guys, and Sabu. By WWE I mean Angle, Show, and even RVD. guys should not be squashed like Credible. this is just like the invasion, where even top ECW guys were given TV time, but never allowed to look as good as WWE guys. So they will push credible, but never let him look good in the presence of Angle. sorry for the long winded response.

Yes, the themes are crappish, but why spend money on the right stuff when you're in an experimental state?

The ECW guys will get better music.

Give it time. How many WWE guys debut with really fucking generic music, and then get better music?

Oh yeah, most of them.

I enjoyed Credible in ECW, he had a good presence about him and that stuff with Storm was great, Impact players were an awesome team.

Sure Heyman pushed the man to the moon to the point where he almost John Cena'd himself. But the guy did have some decent matches with the likes of the Great Saske.

But the stand out moment to me, that will always put a smile on my face, was the feud he had with Sabu when he got a restraining order and told the announcer not to announce Sabu's name, he warned him 3 times and then beat the crap out of him using a cane, good times.

Well, he looked like shit IMO in his last relatively recent match with Raven in TNA. I have no problem with him getting squashed by Angle.
