I think it happened when T moved to Smackdown in one of the drafts. As for real reasons, dunno.

That doesn't sound right, wasn't he with RVD when he was drafted to Smackdown? Didn't Booker T and Goldust stop teaming when Booker went for the Heavyweight Championship in the run up to a Wrestlemania?

Yeah but they still were an "alliance" after that before WrestleMania when Triple H fought Goldust in a non-title match and then they just didnt team together anymore and Goldust was released in December before the 2004 draft.
