is there anyway to shut this command off or anything?

sorry if the pic is big, this thing keeps poping up they I talked to the guy at telus the internet people and they said it's cause of the blaster worm which I had and deleted. Now it's still coming up though and it's rather annoying

ok it's not letting me attach the file so it says

system shutdown initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM

then it says windows must restart because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly
