The WWF tried their asses to make Luger a huge star, but not a single person bought it. Luger was just that awful and did not draw a nickel.

I dont know if the nickel statement is fair....when I was in middle school he was part of some crappy show at the high school gymnasium with the likes of Doink and King Kong bundy and I snuck in for free, so he didnt draw a NICKEL from me or my friends, and probably not the other 30 people there hiding their faces.

Oh come on. Luger wasn't THAT bad. Granted, he wasn't very good. But around the early nWo days, he was easy to get behind with Sting and Savage. Sting looked shifty, and Savage was a fucking whackjob, so Luger was the easiest to relate to.

HUGE NEWS!

Eric Bischoff was seen eariler today at the water fountain of a local shopping mall,reportedly with his sleeves up cursing to himself. When asked what he was doing he explained he was collecting nickels and even pennies to make up for Luger matches he booked. In lesser news, Luger was also spotted in the same shopping mall asking passers by if they know where the Nitro is being held.
