A Night With Tracey Smothers
So yeah, tonight I had a training session with Tracey fuckin' Smothers.

I've been training for about the last 4 months but I gotta say, I almost learned as much in 3-4 hours with Tracey Smothers than I have since I started out. To be able to talk to and listen to the guy was fuckin' great. We spent the 1st part of the session doing drills/conditioning etc and rest going over basic things in depth.

Twas' gooddd.

I even got christened with a new nickname.
