The Alarm
Primarily a question about one song, I was wondering if "The Drunk and the Disorderly" had been covered by anyone. I just picked up Poppy Fields, and I could swear I'd heard this before, but I can't imagine it getting radio play, and I know it's the first time I've heard this record.
Otherwise, anyone else a fan? “There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”--John Rogers |
