But Dr. Death got knocked out by Bart Gunn and got choked out in 20 seconds in PRIDE. That really knocked him down a peg.

But back in the day, he looked like a serial killer on AMW and he had that rep. Nobody knew if it was true, but nobody wanted to find out.

Yeah, Bad News is up there.

Anybody who could get Andre to back down from a fight with them is not somebody to be fucked with. He also fucked up Gory, Chavo Sr., and Hector at the same time, by himself. In addition he tied for the Bronze Medal in Judo in 1976 (?).

Thinking about it, yeah. Orndorf is a bad motherfucker as well. He knocked Vader silly with a left (I think it was a left, the arm that is visibly smaller than the other.)

Arn Anderson isn't a slouch, either. He was getting stabbed by Sid with Scissors while unconscious, regained consciousness, got the scissors out of Sid's hands and started Stabbing him back.

That being said. I stand by my opinion that Harley is the Toughest. He slammed Andre in 1978 (don't tell Hogan, though.), Got in a fist fight with Vader in '94 (IIRC, over how stiff he worked), Got stabbed by a guy and knocked him out, then pulled out the knife and handed it to a cop. That and survived a car crash that had left him partially paralyzed (and killed his first wife), and came back from it. That and the table thing that almost killed him in mid-late '80s.
