ECW ONS 3 @ The Hammerstein Ballroom- 6/10/07

Interesting.

I doubt many of the ECW "faithful" will actually attend the show. I mean, if they do, it makes for great TV. However, it's rumored many, if not almost all of the original ECW wrestlers will be gone by next year. So I doubt the ECW 'faithful' will show up.

I attended ONS2 this year and the energy of 2,500 people was off the charts. It came across on the dvd, but you really had to be there to appreciate it. After the show, there was an optimistic feeling concerning the new ECW...at least I felt so because I was really looking forward to the premiere of ECW on Sci-Fi that Tuesday.

A couple of months later, I attended the ECW on Sci-Fi show at Hammerstein. Big difference, most evident by the "Change the channel", "this show sucks", "we should riot", and "refund" chants. After the show, the overall feeling was joy...that the show was over.

I don't expect many of the ECW 'faithful' to attend ONS3. Vince has made it clear that the new ECW isn't about them. But what made ONS1 and ONS2 so special were the ECW 'faithful'.

ONS3 will likely be a repeat of the catastrophe that was December to Dismember.

It's a shame.

I don't see how they possibly can salvage anything higher than a pile of donkey shit from ECW come next June. Plus, I bet Vince will be stupid enough to move it out of Hammerstien if they do try it.

Wow, this is gonna suck harder than Tera Patrick.

TNA should buy the hard camera sections and just put TNA wrestlers in front and TNA fans in the back.

Actually, WWE should buy all the TNA fans the tickets and just tell them not to actually use the letters T N A in any chants and it might seem like the crowd is really into it no matter what shit is going on in the ring.

Just tell them they are going to some kind of new TNA developmental wrestling show and it really has nothing to do with WWE, don't mind the logo on anything.

LOL, what a crock of shit. The majority of TNA fans who go to the shows all go home and watch every minute of WWE programming, you know it's true.

Can't forget about a special appearance by John Cena, Eric Bischoff and Vince McMahon himself all shitting on CM Punk (literally).

And if it were in the Impact Zone it would get a "HIS SHIT'S AWESOME!" chant.
