anyone used 3rd party component cables?
i have always used 1st party for systems, 360 and gamecube, and i want to get some for the wii. the official ones from intendo come out end of jan and are $30, but madcatz has some for $20 which is available now. they are also the ones that eb are selling for $50 but at madcatz's website they're $20 . just curious, that is all.

Depends on if you can wait I suppose. I don't know about quality, but personally I'd wait for the official ones.

Cables are cables, there's almost no difference between official and 3rd party.

As component is a digital signal, there is virtually no noticable difference between the shit cables and good cables picture quality wise. The only part you may notice is audio quality.
