It was originally for the high-spot division which really doesn't have a weight limit, but considering the style the majority of them are cruisers.

It use to be booked at the same level or close to the same level as the NWA title, but now the title means nothing.

Also, it doesn't have a name plate because it changes hands too often to bother with one.
