Is there any way of changing the quality like with previous versions?

My pc is shit and playback on videos and games done with the new flash player is shit, about as smooth as a bed of nails.

I can still do with with right clicking.

Some flash files have it disabled, though, for personal purposes (mainly allowing it to run as they want it).
