Do you gamble on wrestling?

Just bet my roomate 5 bucks that Orton will win the MITB at Mania. He took Kennedy.

I bet 1 other time. Bet that Umaga would win the belt at NYR but lost.

No, betting on a fixed sport is like throwing money in the trash.

Not really. Just because the end is predetermined doesn't mean its totally obvious. I've not done it myself personally. But to be fair, if your just betting with friends or whatever, you've got as much chance as winning their money as you would, say, as betting on football.

Occasionally.

My buddy and I though will just take the entire card and make predictions, and whoever gets more right wins.

me and 3 or 4 others all sleep at one mates house at the ppv we are watching, we write down every match down on the card in a column on a piece of paper then in collumns we have our names and what we predict, our points system is kinda like tipsters...
The person with the least points has to do a forfeit, last years forfeit was to drink a cup of tea with each one of our boogers init a few cheesey dorritoes, a sproat and egg white...
Good job I didn't lose

I dont remember what PPV...tried to research it it Fully Loaded 2000 popped up...dont know if it ever happened at any other ppv but anyways...

It was Chris Beniot Vs The Rock for the title...I had long hair at the time which went down to atleast my shoulder blades. My stepmom wanted me to cut my hair and I made a bet with her. The bet was that if Beniot won the match that night then I wouldnt have to get a hair cut....

The match took place...Beniot won....I was so damn happy...then the match was restarted and The Rock won.....I was pissed..

Because of that and the bet I had to get my hair cut pretty much the same as Chris Beniots was

A few years ago, I bet my brother £1 that Maven would be in a PPV main event within a year.

Then later that year:

November 14, 2004 - Survivor Series: Orton/Benoit/Jericho/Maven beat HHH/Batista/Edge/Snitsky (to win control of RAW).

I have once before, but we added in a rule that if there was interference the bet would be void, and there was interference. I believe it was on a Jericho match. I can't remeber.

Yes. Back in school this dude didn't know SmackDown was tapped, so I bet him $50 that I could guess the outcome of every single match. I read the spoilers, we watched SmackDown later that night, I walked out with $50. It was a good day.

So when you're both wrong and Edge wins, is it a wash and nobody gets the money?
