I assume that this is from a promotional shoot for something. Is this really Hogan? And if so, what the fuck is it from?

I think it's been edited too, the face is alot lighter than the body. If it isn't, thats the worst lighting job on a photoshoot ever.

No, but his hand varies greatly in terms of skin colour, texture, and size. These are not horribly conducive to the belief that it's just a slight colour variation.
