Never played it, but I always wanted to. Trouble is I can't find any PS1 memory cards, and I'm sure copies of the game must run around $80 - $100.

Makes me wanna cry a little.

Yeah, just took a quick look at Amazon. New PS1 memory cards? $15. Used FFVII? $60 at least.

Hopefully, it'll get a DS rerelease. Hopefully, it won't be gayed up like they did with FFVI.

A quarter of the way through is an hour long cinematic/character talking storyline. Of course it gets boring.

No question. I've played video games all my life, but this game sparked me to REALLY want to throw myself into them. This was beautiful in every aspect (well, except for the no mouths and block arms/hands. ).

I loved it as it required no reaction time. Suited me down to the ground. Also meant you could play while drunk. Very easy to level up when drunk as time flies....
