Shouldn't they have...

Had CM Punk have a match on tuesday against lets say Stevie Richards. Have one original come out at ring side and a new breed member. Then lets say after the match Elijah Burke hits RVD, and CM Punk runs out to help RVD. He picks him up to see if he's ok... then kicks the shit out of him. Then have the new breed come out and celebrate with him. Before it seemed kind of retarded with CM Punk being held up and him not winning a match.

Have a heal turn the old fashioned way. Or if you have other ideas...

Uh, Punk DID have a match, and at least one representative of each stable (Sandman and Striker) were out trying to get him to go to their side.

And I think it made perfect sense in the long run because it leaves the fans guessing as to which side he REALLY is on. He sided with NB this week, but he didn't attack anyone in the Originals. Is it a ploy? Find out next week on ECW!

See how that works?

^^ That's what logic dictates. I just don't have enough faith in the writers to see them doing that. He celebrated like crazy. Maybe they think "oh, that's our turn right there."

The smart thing is to obviously have him waver... or maybe he swerves the New Breed by turning on them next week. But if they have him just stay heel, then that was the weakest heel turn in the history of mankind.

Whether the writers can or can't do it is moot. The fact is that at least some people are going to catch that and tune in to see what happens.
