Are you really good at Halo 2?
Everytime you ask someone about Halo 2 and its online play you will usually always get the tons of people talking about how bad ass they are.

But how many of us really suck at it online...

Depending on the map I can only get about a handful of kills. There is really only one map im good at and I rarely get put in it.

What I guess im trying to say is...

How many other people will admit that they suck at Halo 2 Online? Or am I the only one...

I'm not that great considering don't own an Xbox. But when friends and I play it I can hold my own, probably one of better ones at it too. We made up a predator mode, as we call it. Think it consists of one person being invisible or something, and only swords and grenades. Something like that, haven't played the game in awhile though.

Put a sniper in my hands and I'm good, anything else and I suck, I suck with a sword which many people say is the easiest weapon to use in the game...
I don't play it much thou...
how about a TPWW league to decide the best halo player of TPWW?

I suck...but maybe that's because I don't play like other players.

Everyone I ever play online uses the same goddamn strategy: grenades, grenades, and more grenades.

Me and some friends always get together and do 4-way deathmatches with like 250 kills...my one friend always blows us away by like 100 though. I don't know how he does it. He even avoids getting killed by the rocket launcher and shit

I am a lucky bastard, when we had our work experience week at school (you are assigned to some line of work and do it for a week, full hours and everything) there were two guys who played the Xbox in their lunch break, so I just hung with them and Played triple threat Halo 2 every lunch. I sucked...really sucked but it was great fun.

some games...there is a list you can find at this website...

You have to have Xbox Live to download an update for the game once you put it in. So if you dont plan on getting your xbox hooked up online then you wont be able to play regular xbox games.

I hated Halo 1 so I've never played Halo 2.

FPS gaming on a controller rarely works, and Halo is one where it fails in my opinion.

Last time I played Alvarado52 creamed me but that was based on my rustiness. I like to think of my skill in a, "See it to know what I'm talking about" sense. You have to sit down and watch me play to see how freakin silly/daring I am when I make the most absurd shit work.

Other than that there's no way to know for sure how good I am. I can't prove a damn thing.

I was OK at the first one, especially the pistol. I never got good at the 2nd one, I don't think it works very well with the controller.

I play Halo on the computer occasionally and I usually do good. I kind of want Vista installed again so I can play Halo 2.

I was a god on Halo 1. But I am mediocre at Halo 2. Not really into it like I was Halo 1.

I can't stand Halo, and it is because 1) I suck at it and 2) everybody won't shut the fuck up about it (I don't see what makes it different than any other space FPS).

Halo is the Everquest of console FPS games. It's only revered so highly because it's the best thing out, but that doesn't mean it's an amazing game. Something will come along someday and people will realize Halo is very average (although I do like the story of the 1st one.)

Exact same. Though the Sniper rifle comment is true for me in any game. I am a sniping od, but horrible with other weapons in general.

I get more kills from butting with the gun..

Last night I got 22 kills for the first time ever...and possibly the only time..
