If you wanted it for gaming you'd need to get a much better video card.

See I don't know anything about pc's? whats the difference between a video card and a gfx card?
And would that PC be able to play guild wars 2 when that comes out?

I use video and graphics card interchangeably. Since I believe it's an integrated card, it will be hard pressed to play anything with decent 3D graphics.

What this will basically do is take part of the RAM and convert it to video RAM. Basically, if it was made in the last 3 or 4 years and is 3D it probably won't play it well, if at all. I don't think it would play Guild Wars 1, let alone two.
