Okay, might not be 10, but here are my ideas....

Keep the belt on Cena until someone like HBK, Nitro, Jeff Hardy, or anyone else who can pull off a lader match is put into the title picture. Have whomever Cena is going to wrestle bring back the old style belt. Have a ladder match with the spinner and the legit belt. Just get rid of that fucking spinner.

I'd also like to see less SmackDown and less ECW stars on Raw. Yes, this is a company wide thing, but I'd like to see the WWE enforce the branch split.

As KK said, give Raw a theme song they don't have to censor.

NO WIRE HANGERS!!!!

Bring in either the Hardcore or TV title, under the rules they were most famous for. The TV title gets defended on every TV show (Raw Only), and the Hardcore title is 24/7 (start it on Raw, then let people follow it to SmackDown and ECW).

That's all I have right now.

5- Edge vs. Orton feud in which NEITHER is clearly a face, let the fans pick a side
6- IC Title put on a respectable competitor
7- Interesting feud around IC Title and its respectible title holder
8- Kennedy switches to Raw permanently, mingles with Edge/Orton in the title scene
9- Vince loses ECW Title, ECW Title stays on ECW TV, Lashley stays OFF Raw TV
10- Not one promo, but a new acknowledgement of TNA's existence and referrences to them that rip into them, forcing TNA to up there game and sparking better wrestling TV for all (in theory)

Bonus- HBK/Kennedy feud could tie into #8, both in the title picture

They should bring in two male gymnists and just have them do flips and handstands and cartwheels and all kinds of crap all over the ring for about 5 minutes, then have one pin the other. The announcers can talk about how we are all watching the most innovative wrestling on the planet and how this style is the future of the sport.

1 - The end of scripted, emotionless promos on Raw. People need to be themselves.
2 - Continue with the current idea of simple storylines in the top line scene - Cena Vs. Michaels isn't rocket science, but Goddamn its great.
3 - A re-emphasis on the Intercontinental Championship.
4 - Way less comedy in important segments. Comedy is fine, but keep it in its place. If the top program is a joke then there's no reason to get into it.
5 - Make an effort to build Johnny Nitro as a future World Title Contender.
6 - Less Vince. In small doses he is tremendous. As the focus of the show it's dated.
7 - It's ok to think outside the box from time to time, but it should have a point. Example - Rated RKO's beatdown of DX, where the end of the show was dead silence and images on them bloodied and battered. Great segment. George Bush sketch. Not so much.
8 - They need a top line heel. Watching Backlash with a group of casual fans led to a ton of comments in the main event that went along the lines of nobody seeing Edge and Orton as top guys. The constant burials and meaningless defeats on Raw will do that. They need a great antagonist.
9 - For the love of God, stop trying to replace Jim Ross.
10 - Stop wasting awesome video packages that build up the match tremendously by putting them right before the match on PPV instead of TV where they can actually get people pumped. The Cena/Michaels pre-match video package with the slow music at WrestleMania was fantastic, and if they put it on TV, that could have been the final determining factor for some. Use your heads when building PPVs.

1. Get Jericho to return and use him as an out and out Main Eventer.
2. Agree terms with Lesnar and get him to return.
3. Have Cena drop the title.
4. Book more than 1 person/team to go after each title. I'm sick of it being IC Champ vs IC Title Number 1 Contender or having 2 teams being a tag "division".
5. Use guys like Kenny, Nitro, Eugene, Carlito etc that have decent in ring ability in the IC division or at least in meaningful fueds.
6. Don't bother with the Diva Search.
7. Quit recapping everything moments after it happens.
8. Have Heyman come back to do commentery/manage/Co-GM.
9. Have Bischoff return as GM/Co-GM.
10. Use Vince sparingly.

Actually, if you just reverse the order of the plutonium and Mr. Fusion, you have it, because you'll need the plutonium to make the first trip to get Mr. Fusion.

1. Hire better female wrestlers from Japan and Shimmer.
2. build a much more important tag division with tag feuds galore that don't have the title in the picture. As well as huge tag team title feuds.
3. Make the IC title more important as well, number one contendership bouts etc...
4. Less World Title defenses on free TV
5. Less main eventers wrestling on free TV, give the undercard a chance to become draws with really good wrestling matches.
6. Less personal storylines about people lifes and family's and more storylines about revenge due to loss or titles.
7. More blood.
8. Take an old school approach to matches, less is more, a simple suplex is a hard hitting move, treat it as such. A superplex should be able to end a match for example.
9. More surprise finishes, this goes a long with number nine. Have the matches sometimes end in a surprise arm bar submission, or sleeper. Its not believable for a finisher to work everytime.
10. For no holds barred matches or any match with no rules basically, have the wrestlers use simple tactics like close handed fists, using the ropes for leverage, groin shots, chokes, eye gouging etc..

Basically I want wrestling to be more real, more like MMA in some ways. WWE's competition is UFC, if they attempt to be a little bit more realistic with their larger than life goal, then I think wrestling as a whole would be much more fun, as well as less shameful.

Hire better female wrestlers from Japan and Shimmer. 2. build a much more important tag division with tag feuds galore that don't have the title in the picture. As well as huge tag team title feuds. 3. Make the IC title more important as well, number one contendership bouts etc... 4. Less World Title defenses on free TV 5. Less main eventers wrestling on free TV, give the undercard a chance to become draws with really good wrestling matches. 6. Less personal storylines about people lifes and family's and more storylines about revenge due to loss or titles. 7. More blood. 8. Take an old school approach to matches, less is more, a simple suplex is a hard hitting move, treat it as such. A superplex should be able to end a match for example. 9. More surprise finishes, this goes a long with number nine. Have the matches sometimes end in a surprise arm bar submission, or sleeper. Its not believable for a finisher to work everytime. 10. For no holds barred matches or any match with no rules basically, have the wrestlers use simple tactics like close handed fists, using the ropes for leverage, groin shots, chokes, eye gouging etc.. Basically I want wrestling to be more real, more like MMA in some ways. WWE's competition is UFC, if they attempt to be a little bit more realistic with their larger than life goal, then I think wrestling as a whole would be much more fun, as well as less shameful.
