How bout everyone Shut's the Fuck up about Kane.

Let's never put the word title anyone near his name again. Even if it is just a joke let's never do it again. Kane is terrible, horrible, and no one makes me want to turn my tv off more then him.

He was alright 6 years ago or whatever, but now he is off the gas, and sucks.

How does anyone think a Kane title run would make sense? How in the blue hell would it be logical that a guy who has jobbed to every wrestler on the roster in the past 3 or so years to win a World title?

I'm a huge mark for Kane. There is something I've liked about that persona that I've loved since Day One. And I can give you a moment where I've said "He's fuckin' great!"
His angle with Edge, when he just looked at the camera, laughed, and said "I'm BAAAACK!" For the persona, Glen Jacobs cuts great promos, and I think what we're forgetting here is you don't need to be great in the ring to get a run for the title. Just look at Cena and Hogan. No. Snitsky was hilarious then, and was the only time in his career he had any kind of momentum. He also has one of the best debuts ever btw.

I think he could run with a title, they'd need to build him up for a while to make him look like a threat again, but it could be done, turn him heel, give him direction and let him feud with Big Dave, it could work.

I know he can't really wrestle a match, but how about a Buried Alive Match on smackdown instead. It could be worked in such a way that it's not any more demanding than the cage match. Have Batista bury Taker's ass with the assistance of Kane. Explains Taker's absence in kayfabe without making him look weak. Kane does it in a bargain for a title shot in return. Takes Bats title down the road, has the belt on him for Taker's big return.

Sure it's thrown together, sure it's going to the well, but what the hell. Just a quick idea.

Glen Jacobs deserves at least three months with the title for everything he has put up with. I'm not saying because he's "paid his dues" or whatever, and if it weren't for this situation with Undertaker I might not even think this way. But the man has put up with the whole Snitsky "I killed your baby" crap, and Katie Vick before that, and Fake Diesel and Isaac Yankem before that. At this point I would give Batista the title on Tuesday, and then have Kane beat him at the next PPV. They feud back and forth for the rest of the year (switching the title back and forth at least twice, with a few other guys thrown in, including a Batista/Booker T feud around Survivor Series.) Kane is champion when Undertaker returns, and they begin a feud that culminates at WM24, where Kane retains and breaks his "brother's" streak.

The "been through a lot" only comes into it when considering the potential strong champions on the roster; of all the guys you could put up there, he's the most deserving. I love Kane like a fat kid loves cake, but I think he's lost way too much credibility to pick up the belt now. His time's sort of come and gone... they'd have to do ridiculous amounts of build up and ridiculous amounts of booking around the boat to even come close to making him look ready for the title.

I think that Benoit should move to the World Heavyweight Title picture and Kane have a really long reign (JBL long) as US Champion. Then eventually at a big PPV he could go against a heel WHC like Batista in a title v.s title match. I'd prefer someone other than Batista, but I don't think I can think of anyone else that would be more interesting. I think Batista and Kane have pretty good chemistry so it would work.

I like Kane, even to the point that the though of a Kane title run interests me...something that I haven't been with Smackdown in the longest time. I might even watch if he was to become champion. However, the man is currently taking time off so I doubt it were to happen (not that there was any better of a chance if he were an active wrestler).

Though what is this shit about Kane "sucking ass". I like Kane and so do many others...and it's not just because we liked watching him back in 1998. I liked Hogan and Big Show back in 98 too...not there biggest fans anymore. I liked Kane because Kane was always cool. He landed in WWE with a rarity of a gimmick that just works and it's development overtime (while flawed) has not shaken my feelings for him, and he's still one of my favorites.

I think Kane has good mic skills, good ring and camera psychology, and he's definately not one of the best wrestlers on the roster, but can do alot more than most of the men his size. Only turn offs with him have been bad storylines, but I don't think you could place all blame on him for that. Actually though those shitty gimmicks like Katie Vick and Lita's pregnancy, I could barely watch with exception of Kane's reaction to it all and how evil he could be with Lita.

And don't tell me or anyone else we are fooling ourselves into liking him. I still remember his feuds with Shane McMahon a few years back and the Kane vs. Kane feud before some WWE writers got bored with the idea and scrapped it. Kane is still a big name in WWE and one that stands in a positive light as opposed to quite a few others who could be main eventing right now. Hell, I wouldn't even have a problem if he came back and they just placed the belt around him...he's always been a horror movie monster of a villian...always get's his ass kicked by the hero, but comes back to terrorize and destory again.
