Mandible Claw Submissions...
I was reading "The Rock" thread and I had a thought, has anyone ever "tapped"/submitted to the Mandible Claw? My memory is a little foggy, but I thought the Claw was a knock out move and always finished a match after they lost consciousness.

While we're in the Q and A hasn't he piined or at least tried to pin the oponent from the mandible claw too? I can't remember for sure, but I'm pretty sure I've seen it used as a pin a couple of times.

Psychologically, it was a great move. If they had spent a little time explaining its paralyzing effects (it does genuinely work) it may have gotten over more. Mind you, a submission finish in 1996 WWF was a kiss of death if your name wasn't Hart.

Who needed psychology for it to work? Mick just put a god damn sock on his hand after 2 years of using the move and it got very over

Because in the begining he had a metal plated thing on his fingers..if you noticed he had a finger or two wrapped together and then bandaged up so as to prevent anyone biting him and it hurting I guess.
